Srushti started to get ready for her UPSC examination in her 3rd year as an engineering student. She was unsure if engineering is the best career choice for her. Then, she realized that the dream of her was to work in civil service and started to focus on the field. Her parents urged her to pursue civils, and find an opportunity to serve the public. Her motivation was to be an IAS officer, and she was focusing towards that aim. To be able to pass UPSC takes more work. She was preparing for UPSC topics while studying her engineering. Every day, she set aside time for exam preparation. She completed her engineering examinations in only one-and-ahalf months and stayed away from social activities. Her focus is vital to pass the exam for government jobs and to be eligible for a job as a civil servant. She wanted to pass this exam on the first go and put in a lot of work.
